South Warwickshire Local Plan and Regulation 19 Consultation
Due to the potential impact on Budbrooke, Hampton Magna and Hampton on the Hill the Parish Council is trying to highlight to all residents how to comment on the SWLP.

The SWLP (South Warwickshire Local Plan) and Regulation 19 Consultation may seem both complicated and not applicable to you.
In fact, the cumulative effect of multiple proposed housing developments – Stanks Farm, Maple Lodge in Hampton Magna, and War1 (the site between the A46 and the Racecourse), plus a new town at Hatton Station – will impact you and your family for decades to come.
the headlines are:-
An increase of a minimum of 6,500 houses
A population increase of a minimum of 15,000
Massive loss of greenbelt, farmland, conservation areas, flora and fauna
Urban sprawl enveloping all our villages
Huge increase in car congestion and pollution
Decades of road works
This is your LAST CHANCE to comment on:
“War1”: Plans include a link road over the A46 to join the Old Budbrooke Road, a new roundabout junction at Hampton Road, and a park & ride on the Birmingham Road,
“Hatton Station New Town”: an enormous development which will completely change the shape of our local area.
