Neil Bland

I grew up in Lancashire and after studying Engineering at Manchester University fell into working on energy and carbon reduction projects. For the last 25 years I have worked across the UK for small companies, but also large ones such as British Gas and Tesco. Two recent projects I was responsible for are the large Solar Panel arrays on the roofs of Newbold Comyn and Stratford Leisure Centres.

I moved from Surrey to Warwick in 2024 and have been a Parish Councillor since August 2025.
